At VOOTIC, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly—every time! Here’s how we handle shipping:

Placing Your Order

• Order Confirmation: We’ll start preparing your order as soon as your payment goes through, and ship no later than 14 business days after your payment..

• Need to Change Something? If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, let us know right away! We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t always possible once the order is in progress. For urgent changes, you can also reach out to the carrier directly.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping’s on Us: Shipping costs varies to your order, 

*Local = Hong Kong S.A.R., Macau S.A.R., Mainland China, Taiwan
** Continental = Rest of Asia

• Trusted Carriers: We work with reliable partners like SF Express, DHL, and EMS. If you have a favorite carrier, ask us—we’ll try to help!

• Where We Ship: Sorry, we can’t deliver to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or restricted areas. If we can’t ship to your address, we’ll let you know and issue a prompt refund.

• Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

• Secure Packaging: Your item will arrive securely and discreetly packaged, and high-value items are insured until they reach you.

Delivery Support

• Double-Check Your Details: Please make sure your shipping address and contact info are correct when you order. If there’s a mistake or a delivery can’t be made, you’ll be responsible for any extra costs or redelivery fees.

• If Delivery Fails: If your package comes back to us, we’ll hold it for 7 days and contact you for an updated address. Don’t wait—orders not claimed in time may be canceled and may not be refunded in full.

• Lost or Missing Packages: If a package is lost because of something on our end, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or send you a replacement. If the loss is due to carrier issues or incorrect info, we’ll help you work with the carrier to resolve it.

• Who Can Sign: Anyone at your address can sign for your delivery. Once the package is signed for, it’s considered received, so please make sure someone responsible is available.

• Check Before You Sign: Please inspect your package before signing. If you see damage, let us know within 72 hours. If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it, notify us within 48 hours so we can help!

Customs & Taxes

You’re responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or regional fees. Shipping is always free, but we can’t cover these extra charges.

Risk & Insurance

We insure all orders until they’re marked delivered at your address. After that, the item is yours!

Multiple Shipments

If your order ships in more than one package, we’ll send you separate tracking numbers for each.

Order Refusal

On rare occasions, we may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or unusual activity. In these cases, a full refund may not be guaranteed.

Unforeseen Delays

Sometimes, things happen that are out of our control (like weather, natural disasters, or world events). We’ll always do our best, but can’t be responsible for such delays.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE STORE PURCHASE

Generally, return and refund policy is only provided If the condition of the product you received is different from the product description.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms and conditions here apply only to online sales, payments and delivery of products directly to your designated address from our online store.

If you purchased, paid for, or collected of product(s) in-physical store, terms and conditions here do not apply.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@vootic.com / WhatsApp. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1/F, No.26 Russell Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Please note that our products are sold in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and therefore the EU cooling-off law does not apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
